To initiate a return you must contact us at email@example.com within 30 days of receiving the product, using the delivery note number relevant to the purchase. Please indicate the product and the reason/s for the return.
In all cases, and subject to confirmation, the goods returned must be in their original condition, unworn and in the original packaging (when applicable). If the goods are worn and if there are any marks on the goods, then the return will not be accepted.
Damaged goods are classified as such if they were received damaged and still in the original packaging. Goods that are damaged due to use will not be considered for return or exchange.
The consignee returning the goods will be liable for the courier costs.
Please note that any warranty is subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer. These are usually stated in a brochure or leaflet inside the product packaging. It is your responsibility to make yourself aware of any such terms and conditions.
It is also important to note that it will be at the manufacturer’s discretion on the remedial action applicable. The Bed Store is under no obligation to provide you with a credit, repair or replacement as the remedy lies with the manufacturer. However, since we want your experience to be as good as possible and if the manufacturer has offered you a repair / replacement under the warranty and it takes longer than 21 days, The Bed Store will engage with the manufacturer to influence the timely delivery.
